No matter what type of sports it is, the one thing every fan wants from its team is for them to win. That sentiment is also something that team owners, managers, and players feel strongly about. Winning raises the bar and brings passions from everyone to the forefront. It is one of the reasons there are so many great sports rivalries. Achieving a victory gives bragging rights and superiority to fans or anyone affiliated with the team. Since there’s the NBA, MLB, NFL, Boxing, NCAA, College Football, Golf, and so many other entities, the list of sports rivals is quite long.
